Our Mission

Levant supports refugees as they flee crises seeking safety in Canada. Our primary mission is to enable refugee sponsorship initiatives in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. We also support refugees' empowered integration into Canadian life through arts and culture, for a future that includes empowered inter-cultural exchange.

We envision is a welcoming, discrimination-free Kitchener-Waterloo region. The future we are building includes empowered inter-cultural exchange.

How we’re serving our community

Sponsorship

Levant helps bring people to safety in Canada by facilitating refugee sponsorship and supporting the settlement process from start to end.

Community Programs

Our affordable and accessible arts, sports, and culture programs bring people together by giving newcomers of all ages opportunities to meet their community and have fun!

Arts & Culture

Organizing programs and events to support newcomers’ pride in their cultures and encourage integration and exchange between newcomers and established Canadians.
